The Story of
Missions for Christ Ministries
Here at Missions For Christ Ministries (MCM) Africa, we have a variety of ministries and departments to help you belong, grow in your faith, and use your gifts to serve others. Our ministries offer opportunities to experience God’s presence, discover your calling, and use your unique gifts to serve others.
Whether you’re looking for spiritual growth, meaningful relationships, or a chance to give back, there’s a place for you at MCM.
Mark 16:15 Jesus is speaking to his disciples; He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
This scripture spells out our mission and becomes our directing compass in all we do.
MCM is on a mission to reach out to all persons in all places in time, on time and at all times and especially the unreached and unchurched people.
At MCM, we believe there’s “something for everyone” – a place to connect and grow alongside others on your faith journey. We do not despise the small beginnings!
Zechariah 4: 10 Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel’s hand.”
MCM Church is more than just a building; it’s a welcoming community of people who share a common faith in Jesus Christ. Ready to create an environment that allows gifts to flourish and all to thrive in their area of calling.
statement of Faith
We believe in one triune God, i.e. God the Father, God the son and God the Holy Spirit. That through Christ we have the remission of sins by the help of the person of the Holy Spirit, we can live a victorious Christian life!
We believe that the bible is the infallible word of God, complete and without error, fitting to guide us to live uncompromising life of faith
Mission & Vision
Mission
To be in time, on time, every time preaching the gospel and doing the works of the Kingdom of God as we are called to do.
Vision
To win as many souls as possible into the kingdom of God through the preaching of the gospel.
Core Values
faith
We are a church built on faith, fully trusting in God’s Word and His promises. Faith is the foundation of our walk with Christ, guiding our prayers, decisions, and actions. We believe that with God nothing is impossible, and we encourage one another to live courageously, knowing that our confidence is not in human strength but in the power and faithfulness of God.
love
Love is the heartbeat of our church and the defining mark of true discipleship. We are committed to expressing God’s unconditional love in both word and deed—serving selflessly, forgiving freely, and extending compassion to the hurting and the lost. Love unites us as a family and flows outward as a testimony of Christ to the world around us.
integrity
We are committed to living with integrity, reflecting Christ in both our public and private lives. Integrity means walking in honesty, accountability, and transparency, handling God’s Word and resources faithfully. As a church, we believe integrity builds trust, preserves our witness, and ensures that our lives align with the truth we proclaim.
partnership
We believe in the power of partnership—working together with God and with one another to advance His Kingdom. Partnership reflects our unity, teamwork, and shared responsibility in fulfilling the Great Commission. Through prayer, giving, serving, and collaborating with other ministries, we maximize our impact for Christ and demonstrate the strength of walking in agreement.
community
We are more than a congregation; we are a community of believers who belong to one another in Christ. Community means fellowship, care, and mutual support, creating a place where every person is valued and encouraged to grow. We are committed to building relationships that nurture faith, provide healing, and respond to the needs of those around us, just as the early church lived in oneness.
Objectives
To make a valuable contribution into the body of Christ through spreading the gospel making it available to the least reached people and communities who could be easily neglected, including people in arid and semi-arid areas and the vulnerable groups.
Train, equip and raise church leaders and ministers with a heart of service
Soul winning- Restoring the souls and transforming lives through evangelism, teaching of the word of God and discipleship.
To reach out to the society in a more organized manner and give hope to society through the word of God and by addressing the needs of the society through gospel campaigns and all available evangelistic avenues for the salvation of humanity.
To partner with other Christian ministries in fulfillment of the great commission MCM recognizes that though we are many, we are one body of Christ and that God has called and equipped different people to carry out different tasks in the ministries for the sake of his body.
