Leadership Overview

MCM Africa is under the leadership of Bishop Angelo J. Njagi who is also the founder. Before the founding of MCM, Bishop Angelo served the Lord in another ministry for 10 years. But he was sensitive to a calling to go beyond what that ministry could allow. 
He did not know how he could fulfil that calling until when he stepped out to seek God’s guidance.
It took him two years to get a glimpse of what God was moving him into. The words of the Lord Jesus Christ in John 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd; constantly remained in his spirit.
This message kept ministering to him as he kept meeting people who would say, ‘ I used to go to church but I no longer go to church’ he would get curious to know why? And they would share their reasons. This aligned with what the Lord was ministering to him…about having some who would be part of the flock but they were outside and needed to be part of the flock. 
Without consulting anyone, he continued to seek the Lord for guidance; it reached a time and he decided to go for a day or two prayer retreat. Little did he know, the one day retreat turned into 90 straight days in the presence of the Lord. It is during this time that the Lord gave him a clear blueprint of the MCM Ministry. Not knowing how what the Lord had shown him would be accomplished he chose to obey. Before he could even begin the Lord confirmed the calling in undeniable ways through His men (Missionaries) from the USA who had come in a conference to which a friend of Bishop Angelo invited him only for him to be picked by speaker after speaker as the Lord directed them to speak to him, these are men who did not know him and had never met but prophetically spoke into his life exactly what the Lord had told him. Again the same calling was being deposited in Rev. Dr. Patrick Nyaga thousands of miles away in the USA as he would come to learn later through exchanging of hand written letters; in those days handwritten letters were a means of communication as they did not have the advanced technology of the current day. 
God having proved to him His calling into the ministry Bishop Angelo has never looked back from pursuing God’s given purpose. 
Bishop Angelo, a holder of a degree in Divinity studies, is a seasoned  preacher of the gospel with over 30 years of local and international gospel preaching missions.
MCM Africa has many branches which run autonomously under the mentorship,  oversight and guidance of the Bishop’s office. Each branch is under shepherding of  a Lead Pastor  assisted  by other Ministers who help to minister to the congregation and carry out administrative functions.
