Men
Men are called to be leaders in their families, communities, and churches. But today’s world can make it challenging to live a Christ-centered life. The pressures to conform to a worldly view of masculinity can distance us from God.
That’s why the men’s ministry at MCM exists. It’s a place where men can connect with brothers who share the same vision, values, and struggles. Here, you’ll learn from God’s Word, pray for one another, and serve together. We believe in supporting each other to become the men God created us to be.
The men’s department is open to all ages and offers a variety of activities, including:
1. Quarterly men’s breakfasts and
2. Regular open Forums on relevant topics

Couples
Couples ministry is a very crucial ministry in the church. For a functionally good and strong church, we need functionally good and strong families. That is why the couples’ ministry is in existence to enhance that and mold families into biblical representation of marriage. Couples get taught on the biblical perspective of marriage and get to understand their biblical ascribed roles as husband and wife guided by the scriptural metaphorical analogy of church as the bride of Christ as the groom as in Ephesians 5:22-33 and 2 Corinthians 11:1-4 . It also provides premarital counseling to those seeking to get married by aligning their expectations to more realistic ones, clear some societal misconceptions on marriage, pray for and with them, and take them through transitioning from singlehood to marriage.
The department plans periodic activities to enhance fellowship like :
i .special meal day which can either be couples breakfast, ii. lunch or dinner, annually for each of the eat out.
Discipleship
Mathew 28:18-20 talks of the great commission. The disciples were obligated to preach the gospel and make more disciples. It is in line with that great commission that the MCM discipleship department exists. It is concerned with promoting an in-depth understanding of the gospel of Christ and growth in faith by taking members through classes on the foundation of the Christian faith. It mainly targets New Christians whose solid foundation in scripture is vital for their spiritual growth in this walk of faith. It basically concerns itself with, but not limited to non-believers, new converts and those who look forward to being baptized.

Media
In the age where technology is the new order of events, the church is not left behind. The MCM church is onboard to inculcate technological advancements in the spreading of the gospel to all within and without. We have a media ministry to cater for the virtual church and to keep tabs with the visually driven church. The MCM media ministry is tasked with providing in house technological services like projecting song lyrics, projecting scriptures, announcements among others, camera operations during service and broadcast the service on our social media platforms for our e-church.
In liaison with the sound team, they provide support by ensuring sound projection is up to standards.
Hospitality
This team is responsible for providing refreshment for the visitors after every service as well as the Sunday school children.
This department also deals with the hospitable reception of visitors on behalf of the church. We make them understand who theMCM families are and invite them to fellowship
Meetings are done immediately after both services.

Ushering
This is yet another crucial department of the church since it extends the pastoral work of inviting and welcoming people into the church. In the old testaments, ushers were referred to as door keepers as in 2 Kings 22:1. From this, the ushering role of collecting offerings is seen. Not only that but also ensuring the smooth operation of the church service by keeping off distractions. This department is committed to ensuring the organization of the church by arranging seats time, guiding members into their seats on Sunday and welcoming our visitors
